How to perform Prana Mudra


This mudra posture occurs by touching the tips of little finger and ring finger by tip of the thumb. Rest two fingers that is index finger and middle finger should be straight as showm in the picture.


Benefits of yoga Prana mudra


As mentioned aboove this mudra activates the dormant energy and and makes our body active, healthy and energetic. This is a rejuvenating mudra and removes fatiguness. This yoga mudra also strengthen our immunity system. By doing this prana mudra one can remain fast without eating anything for longer duration without any feeling of weakness. Prana yoga mudra is very much beneficial for eye problems. Those having low vision should always perform prana mudra for at least 15 to 30 minutes.
Those who lack sleep should perform this prana mudra along with Gyana or dhyana mudra for maximum benefit.
